I’m so honored that you’re here. Whatever life challenges have brought you to seek deep healing, I’m truly sorry you're going through this.
Life has a way of surprising us, sometimes in the most difficult ways. I’ve faced my own share of challenges—navigating trauma, enduring a high-conflict divorce with child custody issues, and so much more.
But through it all, I’ve done the work and now it’s my mission to pay that forward. Just as my counselors and coaches have guided me to become someone I’m proud of, I hope to do the same for you.
I deeply believe that you can learn about yourself, grow to love yourself, and ultimately transform how you show up in the world. You deserve love—from others, but most importantly, from yourself.
